All Stageline products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. If a product fails to function properly within the warranty period, we will repair the product, and if repair is not possible, we will replace it. This warranty does not cover any consequential damages to the product or instrument as a result of improper installation, misuse, mishandling (i.e. bending or twisting), neglect or accident. Defective products returned for repair or replacement must be shipped prepaid, and include a copy of the dealer’s invoice, bill of sale, or receipt that shows the date of purchase.
